FFN Global
The global FFN, created in 2012, is based in Zurich, Switzerland, and is composed of professionals and researchers from different fields of expertise and various regions around the world. The current president is the scientist, Jay Magaziner and the Coordinator of the Regionalization Committee is orthopedic physician, David Marsh.

Objectives
- To globally promote the better multidisciplinary care of patients with fragility fractures, including secondary prevention.
- To organize international congresses and conferences and to promote the exchange of knowledge between experts and interested parties concerning fragility fractures.
- To promote training activities for healthcare professionals in the field of osteoporotic fractures.
- To create or identify and circulate recommendation documents and standards of care for fragility fractures.
- To promote educating and informing the public concerning osteoporosis, risk of falls, and fragility fractures.
- To promote the change in terms of public policy to optimize the prevention and treatment of fractures caused by fragility.
- To collaborate with other organizations to achieve the objectives of the FNN.
- To perform and provide support to any other activity to accelerate the medical process in areas relevant to the management of fragility fractures.
